ぜひこの機会に、NATA Award Winning Speakerで“TED x”など国際的なスピーカーとして登壇されている Matt Kutz氏、 NATA PresidentのKathy Dieringer氏、 New Mexico UniversityのDice Shibata(柴田大輔)氏の講義をご視聴ください。講義の詳細は、下記の通りといたします。

| 講師紹介 | 《Matthew R. Kutz, Ph.D., AT, CSCS, BCC》 Anderson University卒業 (Athletic Training学部)。University of Toledo大学院修了(Exercise Physiology and Education 専攻)。Lynn UniversityにてPhD (Global Leadership 分野)を取得。 リーダーシップ関連で多くの論文や著作を執筆をしている。TEDｘの講師であり、アスレティックトレーニングのみならず医療関係、会社経営者など他業界からの講演依頼がある国際的なスピーカーである。 現在、NATAのインタナショナルコミッティの代表 とWFATT（World Federation of Athletic Training & Therapy) の副会長を務める。 《Kathy Dieringer Ed D. LAT, ATC》 The University of Texas at Austin卒業 (Physical Education学部)。 Eastern Kentucky University大学院修了 (Health Education専攻)。 University of North TexasにてPhD (Education 分野)を取得。 2021年からNATA会長。Moravian大学で博士課程カリキュラムで教鞭をとりながらD&D SportsMed社の代表取締役社長を務める。北テキサス地区の3つのクリニックで共同経営者を務め、 アスレティックトレーナー、理学療法士、作業療法士、ストレングスコンディショニングコーチなど45名以上のスタッフと共に地域貢献をしている。大学、高校や臨床現場でATとしての経験が豊富であり、各分野の著者としても活躍している。NATAでは数々の賞を受賞、殿堂入りをしている。 《Daisuke Shibata, PhD, LAT, ATC》 順天堂大学スポーツ健康科学部スポーツ科学科卒業。California University of Pennsylvania卒業 (Athletic Training学部 )。Fresno State University（ Exercise Science専攻）にて修士号取得。Arizona State University （Kinesiology分野）にて博士号取得。研究領域はMotor control, neuroscience, biomechanics. 2014年からUniversity of New MexicoのAthletic Training Programに赴任し、現在は准教授として大学院プログラムで教鞭をとる。2022年からJATO理事を務める。 |

Kutz, Ph.D., AT, CSCS, BCC 概要： Healthcare is known for its high level of complexity. Navigating that complexity meta-skills that are not often taught in traditional athletic training programs. This session will delineate how to develop the meta-skill of contextual intelligence and offers specific strategies on how to incorporate it into decision-making and clinical practice. After this session participants will be able to: 1. Describe strategies for integrating 3D Thinking into clinical practice. 2. Critically reflect on and apply hindsight. 3. Learn how to practice R4 Process of diagnosing an environment. 【Track2: 基調講演1】※英語（通訳なし） 講義： Leadership Makes Athletic Training Stronger リーダーシップがアスレチック トレーニングを強化する 講師： Matthew R. Kutz, Ph.D., AT, CSCS, BCC 概要： Leadership is often misunderstood within the context of athletic training and it is often confused with management and administration. The session will describe research related to leadership and discuss its application and development to Athletic Training This session will introduce salient evidence and research related to domain 5, Task 1, items K and S. After this session participants will be able to: 1. Distinguish between leadership and management. 2. Learn strategies for integrating leadership into clinical practice. 3. Learn how to practice leadership amidst volatility and uncertainty. 4. Describe the contextual intelligence framework as it relates to leadership in AT. 【Track3: 講義3】 講義：The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Developing Athletic Training through Business Innovation 講義：起業家精神: ビジネスの革新によるアスレチック トレーニングの開発 講師： Matthew R. Kutz, Ph.D., AT, CSCS, BCC 概要： The session addresses critical aspects of athletic training described in domain five, task two, items J, Q, and R and how basic business practices can be applied to athletic training to grow the profession globally. Special attention will be paid to entrepreneurial endeavors available to athletic trainers and how to identify and leverage those opportunities After this session participants will be able to: 1. Distinguish entrepreneurial activities from entrepreneurial thinking 2. Understand how to identify sources of innovation 3. Describe why entrepreneurship and innovation is critical to promoting athletic training 4. Delineate between different types of entrepreneurships. 【Track4: 講義4】※英語（通訳なし） 講義：The Role of the DAT Degree in Advancing Athletic Training アスレチック トレーニングの推進における DAT 学位の役割 講師：Matthew R. Kutz, Ph.D., AT, CSCS, BCC 概要： Athletic training is facing unprecedented challenges that require advanced practice education. This session will describe different levels of doctoral education and distinguish between clinical doctorates, advanced practice doctorates, and research doctorates. Special attention will be given to how advanced practice doctorates (e.g., DAT) offer unique solutions to learner’s needs and professional reputation. After this session participants will be able to: 1. Differentiate between the different type of doctoral degrees. 2. Understand the difference between a PhD and a DAT. 3. Describe the value of the DAT for advancing the profession of athletic training globally. 【Track5: 講義2】※日本語 講義：Cultural Competence in Athletic Training アスレチック トレーニングにおける異文化コンピテンス［文化的能力］ 講師：Daisuke Shibata, PhD, LAT, ATC 概要： As the diversity of patient population has increased, demands to find ways of nurturing cultural competencies among Athletic Trainers has also increased. This session will introduce the impacts and implications of cultural competence within the context of athletic training. After reviewing what cultural competence is, the session will place an emphasis on describing how culturally competent healthcare providers can provide optimum patient care and what opportunities would help Athletic Trainers be culturally competent. After this session, participants will be able to: • Recognize the impacts of cultural competence within the context of athletic training. • Describe how culturally competent healthcare providers provide optimum patient care • Identify opportunities to be culturally competent. 【Track6: 基調講演2】※英語（逐次通訳あり） 講義： NATA past present future 全米アスレティックトレーナーズ協会の過去 現在 未来 講師：Dr.Kathy Dieringer 概要： We will provide a brief history of the NATA, challenges faced and how they were overcome as well as lessons that were learned. Additionally, we will discuss what the association is doing now and how the newly released Strategic Plan was developed and how it will influence the future of the profession. |
